Our "Choose Well, Live Well" program is a voluntary, point-based program that encourages awareness and action to promote physical, social and financial wellbeing. Participants (and their covered spouse when applicable) complete a biometric screening and health risk assessments, then select from a menu of corporate challenges, informational "Healthy U"s, preventative care and community involvement opportunities to meet point requirements.
